Take your Polaris RZR XP 1000 suspension to the extreme with SuperATV Atlas Pro 2" Forward Offset A-Arms. When maximum strength is the goal, SuperATV Atlas Pro 2" Forward Offset A-Arms are engineered to outperform standard suspension upgrades. Designed specifically for the Polaris RZR XP 1000, these premium A-arms combine oversized DOM steel tubing, increased wheelbase, and additional ground clearance to create one of the toughest front suspension systems available.
Atlas Pro A-arms are constructed from massive 1.5-inch diameter DOM steel tubing with 0.138-inch wall thickness. This oversized tubing is 0.5 inches larger than the factory A-arms and 0.25 inches larger than SuperATV's standard high-clearance A-arms, delivering exceptional strength for aggressive trail riding, mud parks, rock crawling, and high-speed desert terrain. A durable UV-resistant powder coat helps protect the steel from corrosion, scratches, and harsh riding conditions.
The integrated 2-inch forward offset extends the front wheelbase, providing improved climbing stability, smoother handling, and additional clearance for oversized tires. With the added offset, most RZR XP 1000 models can run tires up to 35 inches without installing a lift kit. Models equipped with a low-profile front bumper can accommodate tires up to 32 inches while maintaining excellent steering geometry.
SuperATV's signature high-clearance bend increases ground clearance by approximately 1.5 inches, allowing the suspension to glide over rocks, roots, and deep ruts instead of dragging across them. The combination of increased clearance and a longer wheelbase creates a more capable machine for technical terrain.
Atlas Pro A-arms feature adjustable 24 mm pivot blocks that allow precise camber correction after installing larger tires or additional suspension modifications. Pivot blocks are pre-adjusted to factory specifications, reducing installation time while giving you flexibility for future alignment changes. The A-arms utilize factory bushings for dependable performance and easy serviceability.
Unlike many suspension kits, Atlas Pro A-arms include a heavy-duty solid steel tie rod kit with chromoly tie rod ends. This complete steering upgrade is designed to match the increased strength of the A-arms while maintaining precise steering control under demanding off-road conditions. Multiple premium ball joint options—including Keller Ball Joints—are also available for riders seeking the ultimate in durability.
Whether you're building a dedicated rock crawler, mud machine, or high-performance trail RZR, Atlas Pro 2" Forward Offset A-Arms deliver professional-level suspension performance backed by SuperATV's Lifetime Warranty.
