The PCF Polaris RZR XP 1000 HD Tie Rod Kit is designed to eliminate one of the most common weak points on the RZR XP 1000 platform. Whether you're trail riding, mud riding, rock crawling, racing, or running oversized tires, these heavy-duty tie rods are engineered to withstand the abuse that often bends or damages factory steering components.

Constructed from oversized 1.25-inch DOM tubing and equipped with premium 5/8-inch heims, 16mm clevises, and high-strength hardware, this system dramatically improves steering strength and durability while maintaining precise steering feel.

The heavy-duty design is ideal for riders running larger tires, portal gear lifts, suspension upgrades, high-horsepower builds, or aggressive riding styles. Built for real-world off-road use, the PCF Tie Rod Kit helps reduce steering failures while increasing driver confidence in challenging terrain.

Each kit includes everything needed for installation and is built specifically for the Polaris RZR XP 1000 platform.
