The PCF Polaris Pro R Forward Arms Kit is engineered for riders who demand the ultimate suspension setup for large tires, portal gear lifts, aggressive trail riding, mud riding, racing, and rock crawling. Designed around a true 3-inch forward geometry, this system dramatically improves tire clearance while maintaining proper axle angles and steering performance.

Unlike basic A-arm upgrades, the PCF system includes heavy-duty arched upper and lower A-arms, tie rods, portal plates, and hardware to create a complete front suspension solution. The forward geometry is built into the portal plates, allowing maximum tire clearance without overextending stock-length axles.

The lower arms feature .250-inch formed boxed construction with integrated sway bar tabs, axle clearance provisions, and full structural reinforcement. Upper arms utilize 1.5-inch x .250 DOM tubing for exceptional strength and durability under extreme loads.

This kit utilizes the PCF Ball Joint Delete System to eliminate one of the most common failure points found in factory front suspension systems. The upgraded design is ideal for riders running portals, oversized tires, beadlocks, and high-horsepower Pro R builds.

• Dual-Fit Pivot Tubes: Accepts both factory and factory-style bushings and sleeves for easy serviceability and long-term compatibility. (Does NOT come with bushings or sleeves - Reuses OEM bushings, sleeves & a-arm bolts)
