Designed specifically for the Polaris RZR XP Turbo, these premium chromoly A-arms combine race-inspired construction with trail-proven durability to create one of the strongest front suspension systems available.
Unlike traditional mild steel control arms, these A-arms are manufactured from high-strength chromoly tubing measuring 32 mm (1¼ inches) in diameter with a 3.5 mm wall thickness. Chromoly provides an outstanding balance of strength and weight, allowing these A-arms to withstand repeated impacts from rocks, roots, and harsh trail conditions while maintaining excellent suspension performance. A durable UV-resistant powder-coated finish helps protect against corrosion and keeps them looking great ride after ride.
The integrated 1.5-inch forward offset increases the front wheelbase, improving climbing stability, steering confidence, and overall handling on rough terrain. At the same time, the unique high-clearance dual-bend design provides approximately 2 inches of additional ground clearance, allowing the suspension to glide over obstacles that would normally catch factory A-arms. The design maintains factory steering geometry to help minimize unnecessary wear on axles, tie rods, and other steering components.
Each kit includes four heavy-duty threaded ball joints that install without the need for a press while delivering significantly greater strength than factory ball joints. Adjustable pivot blocks allow full camber correction after installing larger tires or additional suspension modifications. High-quality self-lubricating UHMW bushings come preinstalled, providing exceptionally low friction and long service life with minimal maintenance.
These chromoly A-arms also include grease zerks for easy servicing and are compatible with the factory front sway bar as well as most aftermarket sway bars.
