Machined from high-strength billet aluminum, the STM secondary clutch uses STM Gen 1 ATV-style helixes, allowing riders to select different helix angles and springs to tailor the power delivery of the CVT system. This gives the driver the ability to fine-tune engagement characteristics, belt squeeze, and backshift response depending on riding style and terrain.

The STM tuner design improves belt control and load handling, helping reduce belt slip and improving throttle response under hard acceleration.
