What Is a Dual Idler

Dual idler portals use two idler gears to distribute load across twice the surface area, improving torque transfer and gear longevity. Each gear is precision CNC ground and made from 9310 steel alloy for exceptional strength and perfect gear meshing.

• 30 percent for fast trail riding and balance
• 45 percent for mud and rocky terrain
• 60 percent for huge tires and maximum pulling power

Gear Reduction That Protects Your Drivetrain

Placing the gear reduction in the hub instead of the transmission reduces strain on your axles, differential, prop shaft, and transmission. Your machine maintains factory suspension geometry, helping your CVs stay cooler and last longer.
